I’m Selim — a French photographer based in Paris.

My path to photography has been anything but linear. While earning my master’s in cinema and working across the French film industry, I discovered how images can tell stories, capture emotions, and connect people. Storytelling has always been at the heart of what I do. Photography became a natural extension — a way to capture fleeting moments with the same care I brought to cinema.

For the past few years, I’ve focused on photographing life in Paris. Whether it’s capturing tourists exploring iconic streets, families enjoying the city, or couples creating memories, I aim to combine human connection, light, and atmosphere to make each image feel authentic and timeless. Every corner of Paris — from hidden passages to world-famous monuments — offers a story, and I love translating it through my lens.

I work exclusively with professional-grade equipment and work carefully on the post-production of my images, ensuring every image is polished and ready to share.

Today, I’m grateful to live in Paris, meeting people from around the world who trust me to capture meaningful moments in one of the most beautiful cities on earth.

I enjoy music, exploring Paris on foot, and discovering the city’s little-known corners that make it magical.
